Title: Laka's Meatballs

  Meatballs
1lbGround beef
1/2cPeanuts; shelled, toasted and
  Ground
1/2 Envelope cream of onion soup
1tsGrated ginger root
1/2 Onion; chopped
1pnNutmeg
1pnCinnamon
  Ground black pepper
1 Clove garlic; minced
  Salt; to taste
  Oil; for frying
  Sauce
1cBeef stock
1tbCornstarch
1 Orange; juice of
1tsGrated fresh ginger
  Salt and pepper; to taste

Meatballs: Mix all together. Check salt. Cook in oil.

Sauce:

Blend orange juice and starch. Stir into boiling stock along with ginger, season with salt and pepper. Stir over heat until it thickens a little. Serve over meat balls.
